The service
Corpusmith provides a private workspace where a firm can ask questions of its own documents. Answers cite the source file. Questions about these terms go to contact@corpusmith.com.
For business use only. You must be 18 or older.
Your firm owns its data
The customer owns its documents and the material in its workspace. We hold that data to run the service. How long we keep it, and how deletion works, is described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your firm’s lawful business. Do not try to reach another firm’s data. Do not use the service to break the law.
Answers need a human check
We do not warrant that an AI answer is accurate, complete, or fit for an engineering decision. Verify the answer against the source documents. The citation points at the file to check.
Liability is limited
To the extent the law allows, Corpusmith is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a decision made from an answer that was not checked against the source documents. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees the firm paid us for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Texas law
Texas law governs these terms.
